Uncooled infrared focal plane detectors are available in two main structures: metal wall-ceramic insulator and full ceramic.
Metal casing: This type of housing consists of a metal chassis, metal wall, ceramic components, and a copper exhaust pipe. The integration of the copper exhaust pipe within the casing ensures multiple leads and high reliability. The metal shell is typically designed in a butterfly structure.
Electronic Ceramics

Ceramic shell: The structure of this housing is mainly LCC and PGA types, with the option of including or excluding an oxygen-free copper exhaust pipe. It is characterized by multiple pins, the absence of a TEC package, and cost-effectiveness.

Cooling type infrared detector shell: This housing is composed of round ceramic parts and a metal ring, which can be connected to a Dewar cooler. It is resistant to extremely low temperatures of up to -200°C, ensuring exceptional reliability.
